In the presence of representatives from the Securities Commission and the Association of Investors in financial markets and a number of important businessmen in the Jordanian financial and business sectors, a group of traders, experts as well as specialists in the field of trading in local and International markets, “Ajiad Securities” in cooperation with, “Orbex” the European partner held a ceremony to announce the partnership and the launch of Ajiad Securities services to the Jordanian investor in the field of trading in International financial markets. The ceremony was held at the “Le Grand” Hotel on Sunday evening, March 25, 2018.
As the ceremony started with an introduction to the available capabilities and the distinguished services with a high level of professionalism of what Ajiad Securities provides to the Jordanian investor. In his welcoming speech, Mr. Muhannad Qabaja, General Manager of the Ajiad Securities, expressed his gratitude to all official and supervisory authorities, especially the Securities Commission, which contributed to this achievement. He expressed his pride in his partnership with Orbex, which has extensive experience in this field and is distinguished by providing financial services to its clients responsibly.
Mr. Abdullah Abbas, The CEO of Orbex also praised the decision taken by the Securities Commission to license companies wishing to provide trading services in international markets within the framework of standards and regulations, in order to keep up with the latest developments in this field and protect investors.
Speaking of the legislation governing the subject of dealing in International Markets Markets, the head of the Licensing Department for Local Stock Exchanges in the Securities Commission, Ms. Lana Alnsour, said that the Authority has future plans to keep up with the latest Development and legislation in the work of trading companies in international markets. The authority is now in the final, stages of signing with international companies specialized in granting accreditation to companies working in international financial markets. The head of the disclosure department in charge of following up on the issue of dealing In International Markets the authority, Mr. Khalid Jabr, said that Ajiad Company is the first company to obtain a license to deal in international financial markets as an intermediary.
In an introductory presentation about the two companies: Ms. Asma Al-Tamimi – Director of Customer Service at Ajiad Securities, Mr. Muhammad Al-Mariri – Director of Business Development and Deputy Director of Orbex in the Middle East Region, and Mr. Rami Abu Duraa – Head of Technical Analysis Department at Orbex, gave a presentation, a breakdown of the services available to the Jordanian investor wishing to obtain the highest level of professionalism in the field of trading in International Financial Markets.
